Platinum Circle is BCD Meetings & Events’ global recognition program, celebrating employees who embody the company’s values and go beyond expectations. For its 2024 edition, winners from around the world were invited to Costa Mujeres, Mexico, for a recognition experience designed to feel as special as the achievement itself.

Rather than treating the destination as decoration, the identity translates it into a set of visual cues. Gold speaks to achievement, deep green grounds the experience in its tropical setting, and abstract jaguar markings introduce a subtle reference to Mayan culture. Circular forms tie the system back to Platinum Circle itself, bringing each element into a cohesive language built around recognition and place.

The system was designed to extend seamlessly across digital communications, presentations, credentials, signage, gifting, and event collateral.
